Exchanges & Returns

We are confident that you will love your purchase, but if for any reason you would like to exchange an item, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receipt. You can contact us for a for a refund on store credit. Items should still be in their original packaging and return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the case that you receive a damaged item, we ask that you email us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for the exchange. We ask that you preserve the item in its original packaging to be returned. Once the item is back with us we will inspect it and contact you for an exchange or for a refund on store credit.
Custom made and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that since all our jewelry is handmade, no two pieces are identical. Each item is unique in it's own way and that also means that no one else will have the same piece as you!

We make every effort to ensure that images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match to the product as displayed on your screen. You may notice some minor differences between the image and your product, which is completely normal with handcrafted items.


Please note the following:
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and returned inside the original Atoa box. Please secure the original packaging inside another carton box to avoid any damage on the Atoa packaging or items when shipping back.
Atoa reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.
